Is there anyone at IceCat who can shed any light on this? I find it hard to believe that a large part of their XML service can be non-functional for several days without anyone noticing? As a prospective user of the full IceCat service, this doesn't really fill me with confidence ;) Is there some kind of SLA that defines a minimum level of uptime for the full service?
