promptchat works along similar Instant Messaging principals as Microsoft® Live Messenger® or Skype®

promptchat operator software can be installed on any desktop PC, with minimal system requirements.

A secure account login to the Promptchat service centre makes it possible to setup and manage multiple websites with multiple operators at the same time.

The promptchat operator-website communication is managed by a tiny clientscript. Insert the promptchat clientscript into your webpage(s) and the communication link is established. Your webpage will be ready to communicate with the promptchat software on your PC.

After installation, promptchat operator software will monitor your webpages, you can initiate chat sessions with any, and all the website visitors in real-time using multiple chat instances.


You may also insert a 'Chat to Us Now' icon into any of your webpages and when your visitors click on it, you'll be prompted to have a one to one chat session with him/her.
