PD Charging Port Charges the Connected Device via AC Wall Charger
The USB-C PD charging port provides power output up to 5 amps (100 watts), which is more than sufficient for charging and powering the connected device, such as a MacBook or Chromebook. Just connect the device’s AC wall charger to the USB-C PD port to enjoy fast data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps.
Note: USB-C PD port does not support Quick Charge (QC).
Connects USB Peripherals and Transfers Data at Fast USB 3.1 Gen 1 Speeds
In addition to accepting USB peripherals, one USB-A port supports up to 0.9A and the other supports 5V/1.5A (7.5W) for charging and powering mobile devices.
